I think I figured out the conflict in this marriage. Kris Humphries treats being an NBA player like it’s his job, because it is. He is willing to sacrifice and pay the price to be the best so he can get signed to a team. Kim doesn’t think that being an NBA player is his job. She thinks that being married to her is his job because of the TV show. He’s rejected her job.
He walked off her show because he couldn’t take the insanity in NYC. I don’t think Kris can say that to Kim at this point. The way she just went after him makes it hard. She voices her issue, and then sidetracks him with another issue to effectively shut him down. “You are going to fix your hair right now?” Being a victim of this tactic, I know how effective it can be. She also has pulled the half dressed bit before initiating the argument. There is nothing quite as distracting as a half nude woman angrily demanding things.
It looks like they made up at the end of this one. Hee!
